earli is built as a tool for the individual user, with total privacy in mind. This means that none of your data is shared with anyone — including anyone involved in giving you access to earli (such as your manager, HR department, insurance company, etc.).

A common misconception is that because earli is linked to your work Microsoft account, your organization has access to your data. This is not the case.
